Shipping
We take pride in our expedient and personal customer service. We take the utmost care in packaging the items for a safe arrival. We ship most merchandise within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, you may request to be notified when product is available.
Taxes
We are required to collect taxes in some states. You'll see the amount before you place your order.
Returns

Damaged or defective products can be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Simply e-mail Customer Service at customerservice (at) whitehouseholidays.com for instructions.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund less the original shipping cost. Simply e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@whitehouseholidays.com for a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA #). Please be sure to include the RMA # both inside and outside the box. We will issue a refund to your original purchase method within three business days of receiving the product and verifying it is in its original condition.
